By default, no. Every automated output, email drafts, financial reports, purchase orders, waits in a review queue for a human to approve before it goes anywhere. Fully automatic sending is available, but it's opt-in, not the default.

Initial MCP infrastructure is typically live within days of the audit. Individual use cases, email automation, specific financial reports, custom agents, get layered on after that, usually within the first pilot cycle.
